The professional digital compound binocular LED microscope offers phase contrast, brightfield and darkfield features. It comes with a built-in 3MP digital camera sliding binocular head, Abbe NA1.25 brightfield condenser with iris diaphragm and a set of phase contrast kit. It offers six levels of brightfield magnification from 40X to 2500X. The phase contrast kit includes a phase contrast NA1.25 condenser with four positions (DF, BF, PH10/20, PH40), a centering telescope, two plan phase contrast objectives: PH10X, PH40X (S). The optional oil darkfield objective AJ100PR (sold separately) will work with the darkfield condenser. The USB digital imaging system captures still microscope images and live video on computer without the hassle of setting up the digital camera. The included software compatible with Windows can also be used to make measurements. You can also view and capture the images on iMac or Macbook with Mac OS. The phase contrast microscopy is widely used clinical, biological research and schools, specially for observing live cells.
